- We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome.

- Yes, you are welcome to come together. We recommend booking in advance.
- Is there a minimum age?
- Riela is open to guests aged 18 and above.
- What should I bring?
- Just bring your swimsuit. Everything else is provided.
- What should I expect during my first visit?
- Your first visit begins with a short introduction to the space, followed by a 60-minute self-guided thermal circuit through hot and cold environments.
- Are the spaces mixed?
- Yes, all spaces are shared.
- What time should I arrive?
- We recommend arriving 10 minutes early.
- What does the circuit include?
- The circuit includes a Finnish sauna (90°C), a steam room (50°C), a hot pool (42°C), cold plunges (4°C and 8°C), and a heated granite stone.
- What are the benefits of hot and cold therapy?
- Alternating between hot and cold exposure helps stimulate circulation, support nervous system regulation, and promote recovery. Over time, it may also support better sleep, improved mood, and greater stress resilience.
- Are phones allowed?
- We encourage guests to disconnect during the experience. Phones are not permitted in the bathing areas.
